Josh Martin
Founder
Josh owns Coaching For Glory in Lithia, FL with his lovely wife Mandy and their two wonderful kids – Jesse (10) and Quinn (7).
He grew up playing all sorts of sports, from baseball to basketball and even some speed skating.
He got his Applied Physiology and Kinesiolgy degree from the University of Florida, where he was also fortunate to work with the football team – GO GATORS!
After that, he took an opportunity to work with amateur and pro athletes at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. Then, he became the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Yankees.
After his stint with the Yankees, Josh and Mandy decided it was time to open their own facility, and Coaching For Glory was born in 2011.
At CFG, Josh’s coaching accomplishments reach from the CrossFit Games to the podiums of International Weightlifting competitions. Even more impressive are the countless people the staff of CFG have helped lose more than 100lb, stop the use of medications to fight chronic disease, and get their health back. The outcomes are of course part of the highlight reel, but its the journey in creating a process that really matters.
Since then, its been his mission to provide opportunity in the form of coach development to others that desire to enter the coaching space, as he was incredibly blessed by the people who helped mentor him in his career.
TRAC is the culmination his nearly two decades of coaching experience and collaboration with the best in the world

Shawn McQueen
Mentor, Group Coaching
Traditional stats will tell you I served in the Air Force for 4 years.
I’ve been a Coach for 10 years and a gym owner of Railroad CrossFit for 8 years.
That I’m pretty fit, love my two dogs and in the spring to summer months it might even be hard to catch me with a shirt on.
What the stats won’t tell you though, is who I am. I’ll do my best here to paint a picture below but one interaction with me and you’ll feel my presence and understand the man behind the words.
I lead my life each day by these three things: integrity, intent and impact. Driven to be an agent of change.
To create environments and experiences like no other. Wherever I go, I aim to make it better.
I study human needs psychology and learn from the best to continually add tools to my skill set as a leader. While equally implementing tactful communication skills that develop meaning relationships.
I change peoples states and energy levels by presence, asking questions and getting past the surface.
Once there, there are massive opportunities to dramatically improve other human beings’ lives. I live for this.
I genuinely care. If you’re on my team, come to me for help, to grow, expand or learn, you can guarantee it is a personal mission of mine to increase the quality of your life. To be a guide to help you get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Harmony Hilderbrand
Mentor, Nutrition Coaching
Harmony has a passion for helping others reach their goals through nutrition. She believes in finding a balanced approach and has helped numerous clients reach their goals while creating a healthy relationship with food.
Her love of nutrition grew out of a desire to better improve her own athletic performance – she’s a former cross-country and track athlete who switched to strength training after a knee injury and ultimately fell in love with CrossFit.
Harmony owns CrossFit Ampersand in Gardnerville, NV with her husband Jeff. She is a mom to two little boys and a follower of Jesus. She loves fun coffee mugs, all things pineapple, and gardening. When she’s not coaching or working out she loves to read and spend time outside (hiking, paddleboarding, etc!).
Paul Richards
Mentor, Legends Course
Paul’s passion comes from helping fellow coaches and gym owners equip themselves with the tools to serve the 50+ client.
Starting off a CrossFit trainer in 2013 led Paul to buy the gym he coached at. In 2020, he rebranded his gym to better cater to helping his clients move better, live longer and be happier.
“Over the last 11 years it’s become clear to me that we’ve never had a better opportunity to live long, fulfilling and active lives. My aim is to help you learn the necessary skills to serve clients in your local communities and help them secure their long term physical independence.”
Colm O'Reilly
Mentor, Mindset Coaching
My story with mental health “begins” with my suicide attempt, aged 17, when I jumped off a bridge in Paris to try end my life. Luckily, that attempt was unsuccessful.
I’d like to say that that was a blip on the radar and I recovered quickly, but the truth is for most of my life I was subject to the whims of the external world. If career, business, relationships, finances etc. were going great, I was the man. If they weren’t, it was “evidence” I was worthless or a screw up.
In 2015 the stress and pressure got too much and I was referred in for suicide counseling. I’d gone through a lengthy business “divorce”, and the pressure of starting a new business again was overwhelming. I couldn’t trust my relationships, personal or professional, I couldn’t trust my customers, and most of all I couldn’t trust the decisions I made or my ability to achieve success and not let everyone down.
With help and support, I got back to the point where I could face my inner demons and begin building myself up again. This time, from the inside out.
I’ve spent a lot of time studying and experimenting into what brings us inner peace and happiness, whilst also achieving all the external goals our ambition desires. As I shared the results of my experiments with mindset, mindfulness, and positive psychology more and more people began asking for advice and putting what I’d learnt into practice in their own lives.
Today I’m happy to report I’m free from depression, and have a growing list of people who I’ve also helped move the needle from overwhelmed and stressed to assured, optimistic and fulfilled.
I also own CrossFit Ireland – a 13 year affiliate, is an enthusiastic amateur cyclist, a doggo daddy and loves a good smooth whiskey!
